To enhance healthcare delivery, the full-time EPIC Ambulatory Applications Analyst will manage application software support, project management, and system enhancements while working remotely from specific states. Key responsibilities Conduct project management activities, including analysis, design, implementation, education, and support of assigned application software Evaluate systems and prepare analysis of alternatives to improve workflow and processes in collaboration with clinical and administrative staff Assist departments in utilizing applications effectively to maintain patient safety, improve workflow, and ensure cost containment Required qualifications EPIC Ambulatory certification and experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or 2-5 years of relevant healthcare/IT experience Experience in clinical information systems implementation and project management Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
