Role Description

This position requires driving and visiting customer location in South Florida and is a full-time, on-site role based in Miramar, FL, responsible for delivering high-quality support to clients and partners. Day-to-day activities include responding to customer site visits, inquiries via phone, email, and in person, resolving issues promptly, and tracking requests to ensure efficient follow-up and closure. The role involves guiding customers through services and solutions, maintaining detailed records in customer systems, and escalating technical issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed. The Customer Service Ambassador will also gather feedback to help improve customer experience, support account managers with client communication, and uphold Acordis’ standards of professionalism and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and support strong Customer Experience.
• Experience as Customer Service Representatives or in Customer Support roles.
• Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and proactive issue resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with professional phone and email etiquette.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment; prior IT or services industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with basic office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities on-site.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
