Job Title: Experienced Graphics & Vehicle Wrap Installer

About the Role: We are a premium, high-customer-service large-format graphics studio looking for a skilled Graphics Installer to join our close-knit 10-person team. While we can make the print look beautiful, it is often the installation of that print that elevates the project.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a professional with a few years of proven experience under their belt, specifically with vehicle wraps, wall murals, and environmental graphics. You will be the final hands on our products before the client sees them, so precision, a high standard of quality, and a sharp eye for detail are critical.

What You Will Do:

• Execute high-quality installations of large-format graphics, including full and partial vehicle wraps (fleet and personal), wall murals, window vinyl, and architectural signage.
• Properly prepare surfaces and vehicles for installation, including the removal of existing graphics and meticulous cleaning.
• Accurately read and interpret work orders, proofs, and installation schematics.
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges independently, adapting to different surfaces, weather conditions, or environmental factors.
• Interact directly with clients on-site, representing the studio with a polished, professional, and courteous demeanor.

• Professional: You understand that when you are installing at a client's facility, you are the face of the business. You maintain a tidy appearance, keep a clean workspace, and speak professionally.

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of verifiable experience in large-format graphics installation and vehicle wrapping.
• Expertise with industry-standard tools (heat guns, squeegees, knifeless tape, etc.) and premium vinyl brands (e.g., 3M, Avery Dennison, Oracal).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding work (bending, stretching, standing for long periods).
• An exemplary driving record and a valid driver's license (you will be moving customer vehicles and driving to installation sites).

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience
