We're looking for dependable, friendly people in and around Schaumburg to join our team. We primarily care for recurring clients, which means consistent, year-round work and the opportunity to get to know the homes and families you clean.

No professional cleaning experience? That's okay! We provide paid training and teach you our cleaning system.

What You'll Love About Working Here

• Earn $900–$1,100/week
• $20–$27/hr + tips
• W-2 employment — you're an employee, not an independent contractor

What You'll Do

As a member of the Happy Maids team, you'll work independently or with a partner cleaning residential homes throughout our service area. Typical duties include:

• Dusting and cleaning surfaces
• Vacuuming
• Washing floors
• Cleaning kitchens
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
• Making beds
• Following client notes and Happy Maids cleaning procedures
• Providing detailed, consistent service to our recurring clients

It's active work, and every day is a little different. At the end of the day, you'll know you helped make someone's home — and their day — a little easier.

We're Looking for Someone Who...

• Is dependable and punctual
• Takes pride in doing quality work
• Pays attention to the little details
• Is comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Is comfortable driving between client homes
• Can lift up to 30 pounds and comfortably bend, kneel, reach, and stay active throughout the workday
• Is legally authorized to work in the United States
• Can pass a background check
